CONQUEST TERRIERS - FOR SALE OR ADOPTION

FOR SALE

CONQUEST RANGER
Fox Run Rivet x JR Ranch Tax
14" - Tri - Broken Ct.

CERF (eyes) normal 2010, BAER (hearing) normal & PLL DNA Normal

There is no doubt that Ranger is a heavy duty terrier. He supports a massive skull &
loads of bone in a large frame.
Ranger's exceptional angulation
front and rear results in a long fluid, direct stride.

The beautiful thing about him is his mind. He is so kind and eager to please, just like his sire,
the well known Fox Run Rivet. Ranger is one of the youngest sons of Rivet.
Rivet is now retired from breeding due to old age.

Unlike his sire Ranger is a large terrier but should have the capability to sire small. The interesting thing about the litter Ranger came from is that all three female siblings stayed under 12 1/2" in height whereas the 2 males were much taller. The litter he came from was truly a quality litter.

Ranger's entire "package" results in a truly  brilliant terrier.

This photo of Ranger was taken at 5 months of age.

Ranger can be viewed in motion at 5 months of age by using the links below;

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION

CONQUEST TILLEY
Rough Coat, female,  almost 4 years of age

Tilley is now ready to retire into a family household. She is social with other dogs,
fully housetrained and a total "cuddle bug". She loves to play with toys and
will sleep in bed if allowed. Tilley is well traveled so if you are on the road
a lot, she'll hop in and quietly go for the ride.

Tilley is shown below in her full (ungroomed) rough coat, ready for a cold winter's day:)

Below is Tilley pictured with a new look, fully groomed and ready for the summer months, she resembles a broken coated JRT. So in reality she can take her winter jacket off:)

Conquest Terriers Shelmar Tobias

PLL DNA Normal
JRTCA Natural Hunting Certificate

Toby is an outgoing, friendly terrier with an easy gait with a fluid way of moving.

In an instant you will notice his stunning headpiece and kind eye. Additionally Toby displays great overall balance, in a solid package of dense bone with that amazingly course dense smooth jacket. All together he is a very attractive package.

Toby has shown great determination in the field and has earned his first NHC certificate Dec. 2009

Toby's sire line comes down from numerous solid workers, many of whom have earned Bronze Medallions. His paternal grand sire is Little Eden Strut who is sired by the well known Fox Run Rivet - Bronze Medallion.

Toby has been bred to a number of rough coated females and is doing
a tremendous job of cutting down on their coats while adding good density and texture.

2009 was a very good year..........

1ST place Stud Dog and Get
in addition to Reserve Best Family, 2009 JRTCC National trial under David Jones

Res. Best Open Dog - JRTCC Trial, Nancy Breakstone

Best Family - JRTCC Trial, Sandhi Rodgerson

Best Family - JRTCA Trial, Brent Hopkins

Lightly campaigned in 2008 Toby was;

2nd place - Tall Smooth males - JRTCA Nationals 2008
3rd place - Stud Dog and Get - JRTCA Nationals 2008

Third place in the Stud Dog and Get class at the
JRTCA Nationals, which is quite an accomplishment
for a young male with limited offspring.

Tobias has some lovely young offspring debuting for 2008 &
winning in the show ring for 2009, as shown below.

Tobias is co-owned with Sandy Kiteley of Pefferlaw, Ontario

Toby congratulates his daughter Conquest Hanna,
who at barely one year of age earned

TWO Natural Hunting Certificates

SOLD
Congratulations goes to Josh Redman, MO

Conquest Jock

Jock is a stunning young, healthy male with a personality to match. At one year of age Jock passed the TDI test for Therapy Dogs International. Due to my hectic life I was never able to find the time to pursue taking Jock to work in a therapy situation
whether it be at a hospital, old age home or otherwise.

He handles life with ease and is a big love. He has met cats and is not aggressive,
gets along with most dogs although as with the vast majority of JRTs, I would recommend that if he has a canine friend in the same household, that is be the opposite sex.

Jock is quite "ball" motivated and has been started in Agility. When in the house kicking back, his favorite spot would be on someone's lap. He is very obedient and can go for country walks (away from busy roads) off leash. He follows well and comes when called.
Due to a big move on my part, I have decided to let Jock go where he will have
more time with his "new" owner(s) as he so well deserves.
Jock would be a welcome addition to any family, so don't hesitate to call for
further information, 716-557-2739 or
Email Gaye

If you are looking to adopt a JRT, and I don't have a terrier
which appeals to you, please feel free to touch base and
I will try to put you in touch with another breeder
who has JRT available.

The email letter below was sent from a family who had adopted an adult female Jack Russell Terrier named Dreamie. At the time this letter was written Dreamie had been part of their family for 1 1/2 years. This is an example of how a well bred and raised Jack Russell with a solid temperament can integrate into a household as an adult.

Merry Christmas Gaye and Linda!

We've had a very busy year, making new memories with Dreamie and learning so much about her! In September we welcomed a very healthy baby boy into the world. Dreamie, my little mom made sure I did my job well. Anytime the baby was crying, or needed attention, Dreamie was there to make sure all was taken care of. She has been wonderful with the baby, not once have we had to worry if she would harm him or not. Dreamie is truly a perfect fit for our family; she is patient, understanding, kind, and always eager to please.

Every night, Dreamie and I put the kids to bed. We snuggle in and read stories, she sits at my feet while I feed the baby..then after a hard day, she warms my bed and keeps me cosy. Dreamie, is the dog we've always wanted for our family. I thank the both of you, for taking such good care of her, until we found her. I can't picture our day without her.

The year, Dreamie went out for Halloween as a little 'pupkin'. My husband was a little embarrassed to take her out..but she went with the kids. On her birthday, she was given special Dog cookies from Bark and Fritz..happy birthday ones, for the special girl! This Christmas, she helped put up the tree and Santa will be filling her stocking shortly (yes she has a stocking on our mantle, right next to the kids!) She's learned to love pancakes, carrots, bananas and apples...along with pig ears and marrow bones! 2010, should be another good year for her! We plan on taking her camping this summer, along with a trip to Prince Edward Island to swim in the ocean.

My husband and I really can't believe how well she fits in..it feels like she's always been a part of our family. We LOVE our Dreamie girl!

She would make you very proud!

Thank you again for such a wonderful dog
Merry Christmas
Tiffany
